Royal College
Computer Society
The Royal College Computer Society was founded in 1982 by
Mr. W.A. Wickramasena and was the first school level
information society in Sri Lanka. Since then the RCCS played
a more prominent role in inspiring innovation among
students of the Royal College. Since its inception, the RCCS
has had strong participation in major ICT events at college
across the country and the world.
Vision
The vision of the Royal College Computer Society is to promote and inspire innovative ideas within the students of college, transform them and to make them worth.
Mission
As one of the best innovative schools in the world, Royal College has been playing a pioneer role in Sri Lankan school’s ICT field on the world stage. The main objective of RCCS (Royal College Computer Society) is to fulfil our duty to our Alma mater, Royal College as well as Sri Lanka at large by contributing to the society in every aspect of ICT.
